About RAXO Group Inc.

Commercial cleaning & janitorial services for Winnipeg workplaces

Reliable nightly cleaning for offices, clinics, and managed properties.

Reliable nightly cleaning that keeps your office presentable without surprises. RAXO Group Inc. is a locally owned, founder-involved Winnipeg janitorial contractor—not a regional chain juggling hundreds of accounts. Every site has a written scope, daily checklists, and scheduled inspections. When something needs attention, you text or call the founder directly, not a call center.

Founder-involved operations

RAXO is founder-involved. For core accounts, the founder is directly involved in onboarding, supervision, and quality follow-ups — so issues get handled fast.

About RAXO Group Inc.

RAXO Group Inc. is a locally owned Winnipeg janitorial contractor focused on reliable nightly cleaning for offices, medical clinics, and managed properties.

Why We Started RAXO:

We saw too many businesses frustrated with inconsistent cleaning, poor communication, and no accountability. Facility managers were calling cleaning companies and reaching voicemail or call centers. When issues happened, they went unfixed for days or weeks.

We built RAXO differently: founder-involved, locally focused, and built around direct accountability. You're not dealing with a regional chain juggling hundreds of accounts—you’re working with a local operator who answers the phone and shows up when needed.

Our Approach:

  • Founder-involved: Onboarding for all new accounts (first 90 days) and direct supervision where needed
  • Local Routes: Serving Winnipeg to maintain fast response
  • Documented Systems: Written scopes, daily checklists, scheduled inspections
  • Direct Communication: Text or call the founder directly, not a call center

Current Focus:

As a growing company, we're focused on doing nightly janitorial cleaning exceptionally well. We're not trying to be everything to everyone. For specialty services like floor refinishing or carpet extraction, we maintain a trusted referral network.

Where We're Headed:

As we grow and add trained staff, we'll expand into specialized services. For now, we're focused on building our reputation on reliability, quality, and direct accountability in our core service area.

Who We Serve & What We Do

We build cleaning programs around how your building is actually used, not a generic checklist.

We work with office and operations managers, clinic administrators, and property managers responsible for keeping shared spaces clean, safe, and presentable.

We currently focus on:

  • Nightly janitorial for offices, clinics, and mixed-use buildings
  • Routine floor maintenance (sweep / dust-mop / damp-mop) as part of nightly service
  • High-touch disinfection add-ons for shared surfaces and clinical areas
  • Daytime coverage coordinated through vetted partners when it’s required (availability confirmed case-by-case)

We keep the core offer tight so quality stays consistent. When a site needs additional daytime staffing, we can coordinate qualified partners under one point of contact.

How We Operate

We structure our management systems and disinfection protocols around recognized frameworks such as ISSA's Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) and GBAC guidance. We use these standards to shape our checklists and audits while being clear that we're not currently certified.

Documented scopes & service matrices

Each site receives a written scope of work and service matrix so expectations stay aligned.

Site-specific training & checklists

Every cleaner receives tailored instructions and checklists for their zone.

Scheduled inspections & audits

Supervisors conduct inspections and quality audits with written follow-up on a set cadence.

Changes tracked in writing

Small requests are logged so they don't disappear between shifts and everyone knows what changed.

We scope services to what we can reliably staff and supervise, and we only roll out new offerings once the systems behind them are stable. That's how we keep service consistent as we grow.

What You Can Expect as a Client

  • Fewer complaints from staff and tenants about cleanliness
  • A cleaning program that runs quietly in the background instead of on your to-do list
  • Clear escalation paths and quick response when something needs attention
  • A vendor that helps your building look good to tenants, visitors, and leadership

Compliance, Safety & Paperwork

Procurement, risk, and property teams care about exposure. We keep the basics tight and the paper trail clean:

  • Insurance & WCB Registration
  • Commercial general liability insurance – $2M per occurrence / $5M aggregate
  • Crime/fidelity bond protection
  • WCB registered
  • Certificates of insurance provided with client named as additional insured
  • WHMIS-trained staff with current certification
  • DIN-registered disinfectants (Health Canada approved)
  • Safety Data Sheets (SDS) maintained on-site at each location

We maintain the documentation your procurement and risk teams expect—insurance certificates, WCB clearance, and product data sheets—and can provide them early in RFPs or vendor onboarding. Learn more about our quality and compliance standards.

Communication & Quality Control

You shouldn't have to chase your cleaning contractor for answers. We aim to acknowledge issues the same business day and schedule corrective work as quickly as site access allows.

Our communication model is simple:

  • Initial site walkthrough to understand traffic patterns, pain points, and constraints
  • Clear written proposal with scope, frequency, and transparent pricing
  • Structured start-up checklist before first service night
  • Named contacts on both sides so you know who to call or email
  • Agreed issue channel (site log, email, or phone) with re-clean and response expectations set in advance

If something isn't right, we fix it, log it, and adjust the process so it doesn't repeat.

Local Focus: Winnipeg Only

We serve Winnipeg only. Staying local lets us keep standards tight and avoid overextending crews.

We'd rather say "not yet" to work we can't support than stretch crews so far that basic standards start to slip.

  • Keep response times short
  • Supervise sites properly
  • Avoid spreading crews thin across multiple cities
