RAXO Group Inc. maintains comprehensive commercial liability insurance and WCB registration to protect your facility and our team.
Coverage Summary:
- Commercial general liability: $2M per occurrence / $5M aggregate
- Crime/Fidelity Bond: $10,000
- WCB Manitoba: Registered (clearance letters available upon request)
Documentation Provided:
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) with client named as additional insured
- WCB Clearance Letter (upon request)
- Proof of fidelity bond coverage (for secure facilities)
All insurance documentation is provided during onboarding or whenever your procurement team requires updates.

Written Documentation:
Every site has a documented scope of work outlining exactly what's included, what's not, and the service frequency. No guessing, no surprises.
Daily Checklists:
Our cleaners use site-specific checklists to ensure nothing is missed. Completed checklists are logged for quality tracking.
Scheduled Inspections:
Sites are inspected on a rotating schedule. Issues are flagged, corrected, and documented so they don't repeat.
Issue Resolution:
When something needs attention, you contact the owner directly (text, call, or email). Issues are resolved same-day with written follow-up.
Client Feedback:
We request feedback regularly and use it to improve. If something isn't working, we adjust the process and document the change.
